The Feeding Frenzy for Pickleball or Tennis Lessons is a fast-paced hour that involves hitting over 300 shots to various targets, with plenty of light cardio incorporated. It’s a fantastic way to get a ton of reps on your Groundstrokes, Volleys, Dinks, and Serves, all while burning loads of calories!
